Welcome to Keynote Massage!  My passion is to help others be free to pursue their passions, their dreams. When in pain – it is common to feel drained of energy, and tired. If someone has chronic pain or tension – they experience discouragement, and hold themselves back from moving forward in their life because they are so distracted with how their body feels.

I want you to thrive! I want you to feel radiant, energized and feel the freedom that is available when the body is in alignment.

My clients see me for treatment massage. I incorporate several different styles together to create a personalized massage session for each client. Structural facilitation and Myofascial work are powerful techniques that help to create postural and structural change by releasing and lengthening muscle tissue so that the skeletal system can relax into proper alignment. Deep tissue massage is sometimes very helpful – but sometimes moderate pressure, skilled technique, and specific breathwork is just what is needed. Heat is very useful – and may be applied with hot herbal towels or hot gel packs. Ice therapy may be incorporated into the massage to promote healing, especially if the massage is post injury or surgery.  More information on specific massage treatments are found on the massage page of this website.
