There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for a scheduled massage.  If the appointment is not kept, or is not cancelled with 24 hours advance notice, then the full amount is due.  Please contact Amy right away if you are sick, or are experiencing any symptoms of illness.

HEALTHCARE POLICIES

The very nature of massage requires close proximity between practitioner and client. As such, we will work as a team to to practice healthy hygiene etiquette to reduce the risk of spreading illness and promote a healthy environment. I follow these policies and require that all clients follow these policies as well.

PLEASE DO NOT SCHEDULE A MASSAGE IF YOU:

Have had a fever of 100 degrees or higher within the last 48 hours.

Currently have or recently had any cold or flu like symptoms, including: cough, sneezing, aches, sore throat, shortness of breath, chest pain, chills, new lost of taste or smell, vomiting or diarrhea or new rashes or sores.

Know you have been in contact with anyone who has had COVID-19 in the last 14 days, or anyone who has had symptoms of COVID-19.

Have traveled to an area with significant COVID-19 impact in the last 14 days.

IF YOU HAVE HAD COVID-19, PLEASE WAIT TO SCHEDULE UNTIL:

It has been at least 14 days after the first day of diagnosis. OR –

You have a negative COVID-19 test.

You will not be charged if you cancel your appointment due to illness, but please give as much notice as possible so that another person who needs an appointment can take that time.
