Also working at Keynote Massage is Sarah.  Her background is providing massage therapy at a physical therapy office, so she has specific training and experience in providing treatment massage. She has a soothing, nurturing touch that, when combined with her extended knowledge of the of the body, provides an exceptionally effective massage.

Sarah believes that posture and structure affect not only our physical bodies, but our emotional and spiritual sides as well. During each session Sarah will provide an individualized massage specific to your needs.  Her techniques include:  deep tissue, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, structural integration and Swedish massage. She believes that touch is the foundation of compassion and healing.

Sarah comes from a medical family and has always had a great appreciation for those who are in the health care profession. She decided to become a massage therapist as a stepping stone to becoming a physical therapist.  Sarah has worked with physical therapists and professional athletes to improve performance. She has also helped clients improve chronic pain issues including plantar fasciitis and scar tissue adhesion, as well as improving range of motion and flexibility. During her spare time Sarah plays guitar, ukulele and sings. She’s also an avid hiker and enjoys being outdoors as much as possible.
